You certainly can with Deal Pack’s Bulk Sale feature. This is easily accomplished through the Quick Deal section by selecting the Bulk Sale button at the top of the screen. You have the choice of two transactions types: Cash Sale if sales tax is to be imposed or a Wholesale Sale. Each vehicle is selected individually allowing you to enter the retail sales price per unit. Continue this process until all vehicles being sold in this transaction are displayed. Complete the Purchaser information and confirm the Total Due. Posting the deal finalizes the sale, creates a receivable and produces a Used Vehicle Bill of Sale.
A Bulk Sale # is created (example; Bulk1234) for this transaction which you will use to receipt the sale proceeds. This is completed at the Payment screen by using that Bulk Sale # as the stock number and selecting regular pay type.
