Check by Phone – ACH payments can be deducted from your customer’s checking or savings account. A membership with Paytek Solutions, enrollment to enable the integration and a one time set up of your customer’s bank information in Deal Pack is all that’s required for payment processing. Recurring payments are also available.
Credit Card by Phone – Your customer’s loan payments to be charged to their credit card. If available, multiple credit cards can be set up for selection. Recurring, walk in and online payment options are also available. A membership with Authorize.net and enrollment to enable the integration is required.
Debit Card by Phone – A customer can make their payment through an automated voice messaging system with Deal Pack’s IVR integration.
